Notwithstanding its exceptional growth, Dubai still lacks high-caliber executives to manage the city’s growing number of companies and operations. These executives come to Dubai to implement structures, policies, and business models, thereby often transferring their highly valuable know how to the local talent. Because most industries in Dubai still lack structure, executives’ jobs in Dubai can be exceptionally challenging.
