Dubai Municipality organizes a series of events for workers

On the occasion of the accession of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai that falls on 4th of January, Eng. Hussain Nasser Lootah, Director General of Dubai Municipality on Sunday has directed to carry out a number of events aimed at honoring the municipality workers in different areas, such as cleaning, agriculture, construction and public transport, reports Ameinfo.com

The events declared by the Municipality included selection of different groups of workers to visit the Burj Khalifa and Global Village and a group for dinner party, in addition to the organization of cricket tournament and many other entertainment events. Appropriate gifts also will be distributed at the end of events.

Eng. Lootah stressed that this generous gesture is only a small part of the benevolence of His Highness that we accustomed on such occasions, which embodies the interest of the Ruler in this group of community members who need appreciation for their valuable service to the community and contribution to a clean environment.
