Qatar Airways to recruit cabin crew in Dubai on Monday

Qatar Airways will hire cabin crew staff in Dubai next week on Monday, March 4, 2013. The carrier is hiring: Cabin Crew, Grooming Supervisor, Housing Officer and other staff.

Interested candidates will have to submit their CVs at Le Meridien Dubai, Airport Road, Dubai between 9am to 12 noon. Minimum age for the candidates should be 21 years and minimum arm reach of 212 cms on tip toes. The candidates should be holding at least high school education with fluency in written and spoken English. Candidates must submit their CVs in English, one full length photo and passport size photographs personally at the Le Meridien hotel.

Emirates, Etihad and Air Arabia hiring cabin crew, other staff

The UAE’s three largest airlines Emirates, Etihad Airways and Air Arabia are hiring cabin crew and other technical staff for their fast expanding fleets. Interested candidates should visit Emirates airline’s career website.

Emirates airline is hiring full-time permanent Cabin Services Assistant who would be part of the cabin crew team that flies with the A380 fleet.

The Abu Dhabi-based UAE national carrier, Etihad Airways, has also advertised for the jobs of cabin crew. The interested candidates can apply for the jobs and know the assessment days by visiting Etihad Airways careers portal.

Sharjah-based low-cost carrier, Air Arabia, is recruiting for the Controller position.

3,000 jobs for Emiratis in health sector in 5 years

DUBAI: UAE Acting Health Minister Abdul Rahman Al Owais said an additional 3,000 Emiratis shall be working in the country’s health sector in the next five years.

The news came a few days after Al Owais, who also holds the portfolio of Culture, Youth and Community Development Minister, announced last week that the Ministry of Health (MoH) shall help quicken the facilitation of the documents needed by Emiratis in securing for themselves jobs in both private and public institutions.

The MoH signed a memorandum of understanding with the Absher Initiative to provide employment opportunities for UAE nationals over the next five years,” Al Rowais said in a press statement.
